Something called "Hoplanta," by Red Brick Brewing Co., and George Dickel #12 90-proof Tennessee whisky.

This is a new, New Belgium for me. I enjoy Fat Tire as an old reliable standby found in even the most ill repute draft houses Michigan has to offer.

Jones Cream Soda because I don't want to drink the St. Pauli Girl lager in the fridge.

Not drinking it today but just got a crate of this in the post. Ordered them because half price, beer tastes better when you get it free or cheap.

one of the only cheap beers I like. by cheap I mean expensive at $2.00 a can because Canada taxes the shit out of liquor.

Totally not what I expected when I first tried it...almost a little, I don't know, chocolatey? In a good way.

I approached the tap hoping that it was Smuttynose Finestkind IPA, but after I had pulled the handle, I saw "Pumpkin" on the label instead.

Typically a beer guy, but tonight it's Elija Craig 12 year old while enjoying the weather out on the deck. The wife is enjoying dome Stoli Elit we received as a house warming gift.

That's significantly better than the relationship that most have with whiskey, you know... crying, fast onset depression.

Ever had Dogfish Head Punkin Ale? It's a Brown Ale brewed with pumpkin and brown sugar, it's delicious.

Its a dortmunder gold style from a local brewery. It's a remake of an old school German lager. Pretty smooth and clean with a mild Amber color.

Dirty martini, up, with olives. Gordon's London Dry Gin, Martini sweet vermouth, manzanita olives and brine. Just applied for a dream job, for which I'm actually perfectly qualified, and feeling great. If I get the job, then it's Bombay Sapphire, straight, up, olives.
And: points for 1554! Favorite beer for my wife and me.
